"Two weeks ago I ordered an ADSL line through iSAT. They phoned me the next day to confirm my details and e-mailed me regularly throughout the process to keep me informed on the progress of my order.

Today I noticed my line was slow. It was already long after office hours so I sent iSAT an e-mail, expecting them to respond tomorrow. Five minutes later they phoned me and after ten minutes my ADSL line speed had been increased to a little less than its original speed.

Then they phoned me again to explain to let me know that they'd logged a fault with Telkom to restore the line to its full speed.

After Andre sorted out my problem I asked him to put me through to his manager so I could commend ISAT.
