What is web design?
A website is not just a marketing tool - it's a business tool. People will
visit your website if it provides the information they want and need and if they
can find that information quickly and easily they are more likely to do business
with you. Even the smallest local business or home user can utilize the power
of the Internet. Once you have decided that you want a website, contact us
and we will walk you through the process. We will need as much detail from
you as possible.
Since every website is unique it is very difficult to put a price tag on it. We
will be happy to provide you with a free website quotation for your project.
You can contact us for a consultation.
A quotation will be prepared and mailed to you within two working days (valid
for 14 days).
Once we have received confirmation that you have accepted the quote we start to design
your site, and we keep you in the loop - which enables you to monitor the progress and
make any changes if needed. We value your input throughout the design process to get
the results you are looking for. Once you are satisfied we will publish your site
on the Internet for you. Below we list the costs involved with Web Design.
Domain Registration
A once off fee and then a yearly renewal fee. You can choose a
domain name e.g.:

Web Hosting
This is a monthly fee for storing & hosting your website on our servers.

Web Design of Site
R250 perR300 per hour. This fee includes the design and layout of each page, but
not the design of graphics for the page. (All text and images must be supplied by you.
Please see DesignAssorted Graphics below if you require us to design
graphics for you). The number of pages you need and the type of content - e.g.
whether you need standard HTML (just text and images), forms, email components, etc. -
are sent through to us and we design according to that.
Graphics - if none are supplied
R500. This includes all graphics used in site design excl. logo design.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
R300 per page for basic search engine optimisation.
Maintenance of Site
R300 per hour. We can make changes to text or rotation of supplied photos.
All text and images must be supplied. No design changes are made.
Additions
R300 per hour, should you require any additions to your site (such as new pages).
This is based on the current design. Once again, all original files,
text and images must be supplied. No design changes will made.

Important - Please Note
- Additional work emerging during contract will be billed at
additional cost as per the current rates.
- Work will be billed in 60 minute increments.
