How to Export and Import Contacts from Outlook 2007

Export your email account contacts from Outlook 2007. Below are the steps you need to follow in order:
Please note there are two parts to this guide. Part 1 will show how to export the contacts file and Part 2 will show how to import the contacts file.
PART 1
Step 1:
Open Outlook 2007
At the top of your ribbon chick File.
Step 2:
Select Import and Export
Step 3:
Select Export to a file, and then click Next.
Step 4:
Choose Comma Separated Value, and then click Next.
Step 5:
In the folder list, choose the contacts folder you want to export, and then click Next.
Step 6:
Choose Browse, type a name for the exported file, and then click OK.
Step 7:
Click Next
Step 8:
Click Finish to start exporting your contacts
NB! Outlook doesn't display any message when the export process is completed, but the Import and Export Progress box will disappear
If you exported your contacts as a .csv file, you can use Excel to see what was exported from Outlook.
Do not make changes to this file.
PART 2
Import your email account contacts to another Outlook 2007. Below are the steps you need to follow in order:
Step 1:
From the File menu, click Import and Export.
Step 2:
The Import and Export Wizard will open, select “Import from another program or file” and click the Next button.
Step 3
Select Comma Separated Values (Windows) and click Next.
Step 4:
Browse to the location where you have saved the exported .CSV file. There are three check boxes beneath the Browse button, what you select here will be based on your needs.
Click the Next button to continue.
Step 5:
Select the Contacts folder as the destination and click Next.
Step 6:
Click the Finish button to complete the import of your contacts.
The email account will now authenticate and emails will begin to download.
