How to Import Outlook Contacts to Android

This guide will show you how to import your outlook contacts into your Android Device

Step 1:

Open Outlook 2013

At the top of your ribbon chick File.

Step 2:

Choose Open & Export > Import/Export.

Step 3:

Choose Export to a file.

Step 4:

Choose Comma Separated Values.

In the folder list, choose the contacts folder you want to export, and then click Next.

Step 5:

Choose Browse, type a name for the exported file, and then click OK.

Step 6:

Click Finish to start exporting your contacts

NB! Outlook doesn't display any message when the export process is completed, but the Import and Export Progress box will disappear

Step 7:

Save this file to your device (Use your Mobile phone USB cable and transfer the file to your device storage)

Once you have saved this file, follow the below steps to import your contacts to your phone.

Tap on Contacts

Tap on the three dotted lines as shown below:

Tap on Settings

Tap on Contacts

Step 12:

Tap on “import/Export contacts”

Step 13:

Tap on import From device storage

Step 14:

Tap on Device

Save contacts to Device

Step 15:

Your Samsung phone will now search your device for the .csv file

Searching for vCard data in device storage...

Once the upload is completed you should get a message on your screen saying “File has been uploaded successfully”

Your outlook contacts are now saved and are now accessible throughout your device.
