How to do an Email to Fax TopUp online

This guide will show you how to process an Email to Fax TopUp via the Secure Web Login.

STEP 1:

Browse to www.isat.co.za.

STEP 2:

Once the iSAT website has loaded, select Login under the My iSAT menu which you'll find on the top right of the iSAT website. See below.

STEP 3:

The Login screen will show. Here you need your iSAT Secure Web details. Enter your Secure Web details and click Login. See example below.

If you haven’t registered for Secure Web, click on Register here! to apply.

If you have forgotten your password, click on Recover password here!

STEP 4:

Once you have logged in, a new menu will load. Select the Fax menu.

STEP 5:

All your Email to Fax (send/receive) and your Fax to Email (receive only) services will be displayed along with their current balances.

Click on TopUp next to the Email to Fax service you want to top up.

STEP 6:

From here you can choose the amount you wish to top up your Email to Fax service with, from the drop down list as shown below.

Please note that if your Email to Fax service has a negative balance, the TopUp amount must be greater than (negative balance amount plus R25). E.g. If you have a negative balance of R23.50, you will need to process a TopUp of R50.

Please also note the maximum you can TopUp your Email to Fax services as a whole is R1000 for the entire month. I.E. if you have 3 Email to Fax services, you can only TopUp R1000 between all 3 for the month.

STEP 7:

Once you have selected your top up amount, click on TopUp.

This will then prompt you if you are sure you want to TopUp the Email to Fax Service. Select OK to complete the TopUp
